On April 22 the first “UdS-AI-Day for Students” took place at the University of Saarland in the Innovation Center. It was hosted by the University and their AStA with CERTAIN and Microsoft joining as guests. Dr. Kevin Baum, one of our researchers, held a talk titled “Think before you prompt – Ethics in a world where AI answers outpace human reflection” complementing the preceding introduction of Microsoft’s Copilot chat bot at UdS. Afterwards there was space for Networking over cold drinks and currywurst.
