On 7 February 2025 an OECD event on Trusted AI took place in Paris to present the results of a new OECD presents reporting tool for advanced AI applications.
The Hiroshima Process was initiated at the G7 Summit 2023 in Japan. The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) took the lead in developing a tool to help organisations monitor their compliance with the ‘Hiroshima Process International Code of Conduct for Organisations Developing Advanced AI Systems’.
The tool was developed by an international consortium with the participation of DFKI and has been publicly available since 7 February.
Dr. Inform. André Meyer-Vitali, CERTAIN (Centre for European Research in Trusted Artificial Intelligence), was part of the process: “It was a pleasure to be involved in the development, testing and now the official launch of the Hiroshima AI Reporting Framework (HAIP).”
