On May 22 the Ambassador of Switzerland to Germany, Livia Leu, visited DFKI for a dialogue on the future of AI. André-Meyer Vitali, Principal Investigator at CERTAIN, presented our mission on “Trust in Artificial Intelligence – Opportunities and Risks,” while Simon Ostermann, CERTAIN researcher and executive board member, gave a short input on Large Language Models, language and text comprehension. The visit highlights the importance of international collaboration and open dialogue in advancing transparent, fair, and reliable AI systems.
